I’m Tony Tenorio, owner of Square Foot Roofing. I’ve spent more than three decades working in the roofing industry, and that experience has taught me that every roof needs to be evaluated according to its specific age, condition, and construction.
A roofing system consists of more than the shingles visible from the ground. Decking, flashing, valleys, ventilation, roof penetrations, underlayment, and other components can all affect how a replacement should be approached.
My goal is to give homeowners a clear understanding of their roof before they make a significant investment. If an issue is discovered after the existing roofing is removed, I explain what was found and what should be addressed rather than simply installing new materials over an underlying problem.
