I’m Tony Tenorio, owner of Square Foot Roofing. I’ve spent more than 30 years working in the roofing industry, and that experience has taught me the importance of evaluating each roof based on its specific condition.
A roof involves much more than the shingles homeowners can see from the ground. Decking, flashing, valleys, ventilation, roof penetrations, underlayment, and other components can all affect the way a replacement should be completed.
I want homeowners to understand what their roof needs before work begins. If an issue is uncovered after the existing roofing is removed, I explain what was found and what needs to be addressed rather than simply installing new materials over an existing problem.
