I’m Tony Tenorio, owner of Square Foot Roofing. I’ve worked in the roofing industry for more than 30 years, and that experience has taught me that no two roofing projects should automatically be approached the same way.
A roofing system involves much more than the shingles visible from the ground. Decking, flashing, valleys, ventilation, roof penetrations, underlayment, and other components can all affect how a replacement should be completed.
My goal is to give homeowners a clear understanding of what their roof needs before the project begins. If an issue is uncovered after the existing roofing is removed, I explain what was found and what should be addressed rather than installing new materials over an underlying problem.
