ROOF REPLACEMENT
New Roof Installation, Start to Finish
Our roof replacement process
We inspect the existing roof, explain what we find and recommend a roofing system that fits your home. Then we handle the full tear-off and new roof installation, start to finish.Decking, flashing and ventilation
Some problems, including damaged decking, only show once the old roofing is removed. We repair deteriorated decking before the new roof goes on and pay attention to flashing, valleys, ventilation, underlayment and roof penetrations - the details that decide how long a roof lasts. Cleanup is part of the job.Shingles built for the coast
We install Owens Corning® Duration FLEX® shingles with a UL 2218 Class 4 impact rating, the highest impact rating available. Many insurance carriers reward impact-resistant roofs - check with your insurance company. Warranty terms are subject to Owens Corning's published limitations.Paying for your new roof
Financing through Foundation Finance, help with your insurance claim, and 10% off for military, first responders and teachers. Every roof replacement estimate is free.
